Yogis Choice Academy is a Black-led, Yoga Alliance–certified yoga school offering 200-hour yoga teacher training plus 20-hour Yoga Nidra teacher trainings. Our programs blend strong foundations in yoga philosophy, anatomy, alignment, sequencing, and teaching methodology with breathwork, meditation, chakra studies, and trauma-informed approaches. Trainings are offered online and in-person in Costa Rica, designed for people who want real skills, real healing, and real community—especially Black, Brown, and BIPOC LGBTQ students.
